I`m going to teach you my recipe. Yogurt Cake Instructions Measures refer to empty yogurt container. Beat eggs and mix them well with sugar. Then add the yogurt gradually. Check the flour,lemon zest and oil. Mix well and finally, add the baking powder. Grease pan with butter and pour in the mixture. Bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour. Remove and cool. Unmold and serve. Ingredients Need 1 plain yogurt, 3 eggs, 2 scoops of sugar, 3 scoops of flour, grated rind of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 packet of baking powder and butter.
